Keanu Reeves= Cowboy Bebop??

I expect that this is just a gimmick to sell dvds or raise popularity or something. I just can't picture Mr. Reeves in a live action cowboy bebop film. While were on the subject I have a hard time picturing a live action cowboy bebop film in general. Maybe I just don't have an active enough imagination.

Well Cowboy Bebop is one show that actually had a western feel to it- so if any movie (and I say this lightly) that Hollywood should put their hands on, it should be bebop. But as you know I am a true fan of Bebop- so I'll rais flags if things go south on it!

But I don't know if Reeves is up for the main part- I haven't heard anyone say so yet- just that he "might" be in it.

I hope, really.....the live action moive will not ruin the original art work. Also, they need to say loudly that it is based on a Japanese anime.

Dragon Ball the movie *cough cough*

Spike's character cannot be played by anyone....He can be really crazy, serious, funny and sexy because it is an anime character--do not bring "real world" into anime....I think.....
But I like Keanu.....

Oh, and then....dragonball....... It is a complete differnt movie!? I read comments on Japanese yahoo and they don't like the live action Doragonball.... And more, I wonder how many regular americans know that it is a remake of Japanese anime....of course anime fans know, but..... .

A Cowboy Bebop live action movie, huh? Well, I guess it's better than the Evangelion live action movie that people were talking about. I almost got sick thinking about that. I was thinking who is going to play Shinji? The guy in Malcolm in the Middle? Oh no, I'm sorry, the guy who played Harry Potter, yea. Sigh.

Man, I hope that was just for publicity.
